Privacy and Cookie Policy
How CMP Construct Ltd collects, uses and protects the personal information you share with us through this website, by email or by phone. Last updated 8 October 2026.
Who We Are
CMP Construct Ltd is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 12915392, with our registered office at 5th Floor, 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF.
You can contact us at our office, 112, South Block, 1b Belvedere Road, London, SE1 7GD, by email at cmp@cmpconstruct.com or by phone on +44 20 7928 1657.
What We Collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and, if you provide them, your phone number, the property address and the details of your project. If you email or call us, we keep the information you give us in the same way.
When you browse the site, our hosting provider records standard technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) in server logs to keep the site secure and working.
How We Use It and Why
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation, and, if you instruct us, to deliver your Construction Management Plan or related documents. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract.
- To send you an automatic confirmation that we received your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries reliably.
- To measure which of our Google adverts lead to enquiries, only if you accept advertising cookies. The legal basis is your consent.
- To keep the website secure and understand how many people visit it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the website.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing mailing lists.
Who We Share It With
We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf and only on our instructions:
- Vercel, which hosts this website and processes the server logs described above.
- Resend, which delivers the emails generated by our contact form to us and to you.
- Google, for Google Ads conversion measurement, only if you accept advertising cookies. If you have accepted and then send an enquiry, your email address is scrambled (hashed) in your browser before being sent, so Google can match the enquiry to an advert click without receiving the address itself.
- JKRB Build, our web developer, which runs our cookieless visitor statistics. These count page views and enquiries without using cookies or storing your IP address, and do not identify you.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How Long We Keep It
- Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to two years from our last contact with you, so we can pick up a later conversation about the same site.
- Clients: for six years after the end of the project, to meet our accounting obligations and in case of legal claims.
- Server logs: for the short period set by our hosting provider.
Cookies
The only cookies on this site are Google Ads cookies, used to see which adverts lead to enquiries. They are not set unless you click “Accept cookies” in our cookie banner, and Google sets them to last between 90 days and 13 months. If you reject them, Google receives no cookie data and the site works exactly the same.
We remember your choice in your browser's local storage (not a cookie) so we do not ask again on every page. You can change your mind at any time:
Your Rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to you or another organisation in a portable format. You can also object to our use of it where we rely on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent. To make a request, email cmp@cmpconstruct.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please contact us before going to the ICO.
